Accessibility statement

Accessibility Statement (European Accessibility Act)
We are committed to making our e-commerce accessible to everyone. We believe that online shopping should be an inclusive, smooth, and barrier-free digital experience for every user.

Our website actively aligns with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA / Directive EU 2019/882) and the WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) guidelines. We constantly monitor our pages to guarantee the accessibility of shopping, search, and payment functions.

Verification Tools and Performance
To ensure high standards, we regularly test the platform using automated analysis tools and manual tests.

Audited Elements: color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader legibility, and alt text on product images.
Google Lighthouse Verification: our latest technical audit recorded the following scores in the "Accessibility" area.

Desktop version: 92/100
Mobile version: 95/100

Active Accessibility Features
Mouseless Navigation: full support for the Tab key to navigate menus and complete the checkout process.

Screen Reader Compatibility: code structured with ARIA tags to facilitate the vocal reading of product details.

Alternative Texts: text descriptions present on all commercial images and promotional banners.

Responsive Layout: flexible interface that adapts to screens of any size and supports browser text zooming.

Known Limitations
Despite our continuous efforts and the excellent overall scores recorded in our Google Lighthouse audits, the current version of the e-commerce presents some areas of partial technical non-compliance that we are actively resolving.

  • Hierarchy of Interactive Components: some structural elements (such as navigation menus or product lists) do not respect the correct hierarchy of structural tags required by the HTML standard. This can cause confusing reading by screen readers (WCAG Success Criterion 1.3.1 - Info and Relationships).

  • Non-Standard List Structure: within some lists on the site, improper code elements interrupt the sequence of bullet points. This anomaly prevents screen readers from correctly announcing the total number of items and navigating them smoothly (WCAG Success Criterion 1.3.1 - Info and Relationships).

  • Improper Spacing of Secondary Interactive Elements (Desktop): on the desktop version, some non-textual or secondary clickable elements (such as service icons or slider arrows) have a reduced target area or spacing compared to ideal standards. While this does not impact the reading of the main texts, it might require greater clicking precision for users with reduced mobility (WCAG Success Criterion 2.5.8 - Target Size).

  • Non-Sequential Heading Hierarchy: the structure of headings on some pages (such as block headings in the catalog or product pages) does not always follow a logical, descending order (for example, skipping sequential steps between heading levels). This layout can make map navigation less intuitive for users relying on assistive technologies (WCAG Success Criterion 1.3.1 - Info and Relationships).
