GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to products and services sold directly by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI - MANCOR SPA through the website shop.palazzoroberti.it.

SECTION A. - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE APPLICABLE TO THE WEBSITE SHOP.PALAZZOROBERTI.IT

I. General Provisions

1.1 Website Name and Domain Name Ownership

1.1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General Terms and Conditions of Sale" or "GTC") govern the offer and sale of Products, as defined below, through the website shop.palazzoroberti.it ("Site") by Libreria Palazzo Roberti – Mancor spa, via Jacopo da Ponte, 34- 36061 Bassano del Grappa VI - Fiscal Code/VAT No. 01640430243 - Company Register: 01640430243 Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza - Share Capital: €5,000,000 fully paid-up.

1.1.2 The Site is owned by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, which holds the exclusive rights to use the related domain names, trademarks, and distinctive signs.

1.2 Products distributed through the Site

1.2.1 The products distributed by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI through the Site consist, in particular, of books, audiovisual works such as, but not limited to, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, games and educational products, gadgets, and accessories ("Products"). All Products offered to users are illustrated on the Site's homepage and/or within its various web pages.

1.3 Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.3.1 The offer and sale of Products through the Site constitute a distance contract governed by Articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, as amended ("Consumer Code"), and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003, which regulates e-commerce.

1.3.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all distance contracts concluded with LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI via the Site and do not govern the sale of products by parties other than LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, who (i) are present on the Site via links, banners, or other hypertext links, or (ii) third-party sellers participating in the "Marketplace" platform. Before conducting commercial transactions with these parties, you should check their terms and conditions. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is not responsible for the provision of services and/or the sale of products by these parties. For the parties referred to in point (i) above, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI does not carry out any control and/or monitoring of the websites accessible via such links. Therefore, it is not responsible for the content of such sites, nor for any errors and/or omissions and/or violations of law by them.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be effective upon their publication on the Site in the "General Conditions of Sale" section, indicating the version and date of update. Users are therefore encouraged to regularly access the Site and consult the most current version of the General Conditions of Sale before making any purchase. Users are permitted to save and reproduce, as well as all other information that LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI provides on the Site, both before and during the purchase process.

1.3.4 The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the date the purchase order is placed and are available in Italian.

PURCHASES ON THE SITE
The purchase of Products through the Site is permitted to both consumers and non-consumers, subject to the creation of a personal account as described in Article 1.6 below.

Pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, consumers are defined as natural persons who, in purchasing Products, are acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, professional, or artisanal activity they may engage in.

LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from (i) a user with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute; (ii) a user who has previously violated these GTC and/or the terms and conditions of the purchase contract with LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI; (iii) a user who has been involved in fraud of any kind, particularly credit card fraud; (iv) users who have provided false, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate identification information, or who have failed to promptly submit to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI the documents requested by the latter under the procedure referred to in Articles 2.6.2 and 3.6.2 below, or who have submitted invalid documents.

1.5 Creating an Account by Registering on the Site and Accepting the Site's General Terms of Use.

1.5.1 Creating an Account is free. It can be done by registering on the Site and accepting the Site's Terms of Use specified in this document. To create an Account by registering on the Site, the user must complete the appropriate form, which will include both mandatory and optional information, including name, surname, address, telephone number, an email address, and a password.

Creating an Account allows users who intend to purchase Products through the Site to perform the following activities directly through the Site, among other things:

saving and modifying their personal data;

accessing all order information;

checking order status;

managing their personal data and updating it at any time;

using dedicated services that may be activated from time to time;

modifying their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of receiving themed newsletters, marketing, and profiling by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI.

1.5.3 The terms and conditions for registering on the Site and requesting specific services are set forth in the Site's Terms of Use.

The registered user guarantees that the personal information provided during the Site registration process is complete and truthful and undertakes to indemnify and hold LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI harmless from any damages, claims for compensation, and/or penalties arising from or in any way related to the user's violation of the rules governing Site registration or the retention of registration credentials.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Information regarding the conclusion of the purchase contract for Products through the Site

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, regarding e-commerce,

LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI informs the user that:

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more Products through the Site, the user must complete an electronic order and transmit it to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI electronically, following the instructions that appear from time to time on the Site;

The contract is concluded when the order reaches the server used by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI;

Before submitting the order, the user may identify and correct any data entry errors by following the instructions on the Site, or modify the order;

After submitting the order, the user may modify or cancel it by sending an email to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI at ordini@palazzoroberti.it. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will modify the order, unless the Product is already being shipped.

Once the order has been submitted, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will send the user an order confirmation to the email address provided. This confirmation will contain a summary of the general and specific terms and conditions applicable to the contract, information regarding the essential characteristics of the purchased Product, a detailed price, payment method used, delivery costs, and any additional charges. Information on the right of withdrawal, and in particular, standard withdrawal instructions and the standard withdrawal form, are provided in these conditions under Article 2.8 below.

The order will be stored in the LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI database for the time necessary to process it and, in any case, within the timeframes required by law. The essential details of the order will be included in the order confirmation. Furthermore, the user can access their order by consulting the "Your Account" section of the Website.

2.1.2 The language available to users for the conclusion of the contract is Italian.

Customer Service is able to communicate with users in the same language.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Products offered on the Site are those illustrated on the Site's homepage and/or on its various web pages at the time the user places the order.

The Product Sheet, as defined below in section 2.3.1, will contain information regarding the availability of each Product. Product availability is continuously monitored and updated. However, since the Site can be visited by multiple users simultaneously, multiple users may purchase the same Product at the same time. Furthermore, since availability is limited to the Palazzo Roberti Bookshop, a physical bookshop open to the public, a product selected on the site may be sold at the bookshop at the same time, or at least before the stock levels are updated electronically by the system. In such cases, therefore, the Product may appear available for a short period of time, but may actually be out of stock or not immediately available, requiring a replenishment.

If the Product is no longer available for the reasons indicated above or in other cases of sudden unavailability, without prejudice to the user's statutory rights, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will promptly notify the user by email. The user will then be entitled to terminate the contract.

2.2.4 If the user exercises the right of termination, no charge will be made for the unavailable products.

2.2.5 For orders involving multiple Products ("Multiple Orders"), if the sudden unavailability concerns only some of the Products in the Multiple Order, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will promptly notify the user by email. The user will then be entitled to immediately terminate the contract, limited to the Product(s) that have become unavailable or the entire order. Alternatively, and without prejudice to this right, the user may accept one of the following proposals from LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI:

If restocking is possible for the Products included in the Multiple Order that have become unavailable, a single delivery extension for those Products along with the available products, specifying the new delivery date for the same;

If restocking is not possible for the Product(s) that have become unavailable, the supply of only the available products, with the user being charged only for the products and the related shipping costs.

The user must promptly notify LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI of their choice when contacted by Customer Service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each Product is accompanied by an information sheet illustrating its main features ("Product Sheet"). The images and descriptions on the Site reproduce the Product characteristics as faithfully as possible. Product colors, however, may differ from actual colors due to the settings of the computer systems or devices used by users to view them. Furthermore, the Product images in the Product Sheet may differ in size or in relation to any accessory products. These images should therefore be considered indicative and subject to customary tolerances. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the Product description contained in the order form submitted by the user will prevail.

PRICES
All Product prices published on the Site are expressed in euros and include VAT.

LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right to change the price of its Products at any time, without notice. It is understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed, and any subsequent changes (increases or decreases) will not be taken into account, except in cases where the prices indicated on the Site for a particular Product are disproportionately incompatible with the normal market prices for that Product due to obvious material errors.

In the event that a Product is offered on the Site at a discounted price, the Product Sheet will indicate (i) the full reference price from which the discount is calculated and (ii) what the full reference price corresponds to. It is understood that Products will be offered at discounted prices only if the Product's full reference price corresponds to its actual market price. If no such reference price is specified, the full reference price is the price at which the Product was previously offered for sale on the Site.

With regard to books offered for sale on the Site, the full reference price refers to the cover price set by the publisher or importer, including value added tax and import costs incurred by the importer.

PURCHASE ORDERS
To place an order for a Product through the Site, you must read, carefully review, and understand these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

In the case of payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will ship the Products only after receiving confirmation of successful payment of the Amount Due, as provided in Articles 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 below.

Ownership of the Products will be transferred to you upon shipment, which is defined as the moment the Product is handed over to the carrier in the case of payment by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, and upon delivery and payment at the checkout in the case of collection at the bookstore. The risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, will be transferred to the user when the user, or a third party designated by the user and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for Products purchased on the Site can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods—even temporarily—made available on the Site, or by prepaid voucher.

Payment by Credit Card

Payment for Products purchased on the Site can be made by credit card directly through the Site using PayPal. If paying by credit card, the Total Amount Due will be charged upon shipment of the Products or on the business day preceding shipment. If the charge is unsuccessful, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will not ship the Products and will send the user an email inviting them to pay the Total Amount Due within 10 days of receiving the email. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe will result in the contract being terminated pursuant to Article 1345 of the Italian Civil Code. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right, at any time, to block the Site's purchasing functions for non-compliant users, providing prior notification to the user via email. However, if the user makes payment within 10 days, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will ship the Products. The delivery date indicated during the purchase process will begin on the day of payment.

In order to ensure the security of payments made on the Site and prevent potential fraud, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right to ask the user, via email, to send a copy of the front and back of their identity card and, if the order is made in a different name than the cardholder, the cardholder's identity card. The document must be valid. The request email will specify the deadline by which the document must be received by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI. This deadline, in any case, will not exceed 5 business days from receipt of the user's request. The order will be suspended pending receipt of the requested document. The user is required to send the requested documents within the specified deadline.

If LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI does not receive these documents within the deadline specified in the request email, or if it receives expired or invalid documents, the contract will be automatically terminated pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, and the order will consequently be cancelled. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right to compensation for any damages it may incur as a result of the user's non-compliant behavior. Termination of the contract, of which the user will be notified by email no later than 5 business days after the deadline for submitting the documents requested by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, will result in the cancellation of the order.

If LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI receives valid documentation within the timeframe indicated in the email referred to in the previous paragraph, the delivery terms applicable to the Product will start from the date of receipt of the same.

LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI uses the PayPal payment service. Confidential credit card information (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code) is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI therefore does not store the credit card information used by the user to pay for the Products, except for the last four digits of the credit card used and its expiration date.

Payment with Palazzo Roberti Voucher

The Palazzo Roberti Voucher ("Voucher") is a prepaid purchase voucher (with a minimum value of €20 and a maximum of €500) that can be used to make purchases in the bookstore or through the website.

The Voucher can be purchased by contacting the bookstore via email (ordini@palazzoroberti.it) or by phone (0424 522537). It must be paid for via bank transfer and, once payment is received, will be sent to the postal address or email address provided by the user, or to another recipient specified by the user, in the manner agreed upon with the user at the time of purchase.

The Voucher, which contains an identification code, is valid for three years from the date of dispatch. Purchases paid for with the Voucher are deducted from the voucher balance. If the order amount exceeds the available balance on the Voucher, the remaining balance can be paid by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

The Voucher cannot be used to purchase other Vouchers. Vouchers cannot be returned, resold, transferred for their full value, or redeemed for cash. (The purchase of a Voucher through the Site is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, in particular, those relating to the purchase of Products, as applicable, including Article 2.8 regarding the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal from the purchase of a Voucher is applicable within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the voucher or the email containing the Voucher and its identification code.)

The right of withdrawal from the purchase of a Voucher is excluded if the Voucher is used, in whole or in part, to make purchases through the Site. In the event of withdrawal from a purchase paid with a Voucher, the amount due as a refund will be credited to the Voucher itself.

The risk of loss and ownership of the Voucher pass to the purchaser upon receipt by the recipient of the email containing the Voucher and its activation code. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is in no way responsible for the theft of a Voucher or for its fraudulent use. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is in no way responsible for the loss or misuse of the activation code for a Voucher. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI reserves the right to close the user's account and request payment for orders via other payment methods from users who have used a fraudulently obtained Voucher.

Loyalty Card Usage

The Palazzo Roberti Loyalty Card (Card) is a accumulative card. Once you spend €105 within one year of your first purchase, a €5 credit will be deducted.

When the €5 credit is deducted, the Card automatically renews, recording the excess amount and considering the new expiration date one year from that date.

You can request a Card through the Palazzo Roberti Bookshop website using the link on the website, indicating the postal address to which you wish to receive it.

To add purchases made through the website to your Card, you must enter your card number in the appropriate space before finalizing your order.

If the user has accumulated the €5 voucher, it will be visible only after the user has submitted the order and it has been processed by the bookstore's management system. If the voucher has been accumulated, the bookstore will notify the user via email after receiving the order, but in any case before the order is sent.

For those paying by credit card or PayPal, the amount the user will pay for the order will be €5 less than the amount for which authorization was requested. Those paying by bank transfer will be notified when the voucher has been accumulated and will receive a code corresponding to a €5 voucher that the user can use on their next purchase by entering the voucher number in the appropriate space.

If the Card expires before reaching €100, the accumulated amount will be cancelled.

INVOICING
If requested by the user (after selecting "YES" in the "Invoicing/Do you need an invoice?" section) during the purchase process, the invoice will be

sent to the user in XML format via the Revenue Agency's Exchange System (SDI) if the user selects the "Companies and Professionals with VAT Numbers" profile and completes the required information. Alternatively,

it will be delivered to the user via email, to the address provided by the user, in PDF format if the user selects the "Private Individuals and Non-VAT Holders" profile and completes the required information.

If the transmission is unsuccessful, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will notify the user, notifying them of the error and informing them that the document is available on the Revenue Agency's website. In any case, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is always available to send the user a courtesy copy in PDF format upon request to the email address provided during the purchase process. Therefore, during the purchase process, users who wish to receive an invoice will be asked to provide their billing information. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the user, which the user declares and guarantees to be true and correct, releasing LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI from all liability in this regard.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Products purchased on the Site are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the user on the order form (courier delivery) by courier or directly by bookstore staff only for addresses located in the municipalities of Bassano del Grappa, Rosà, Romano d'Ezzelino, and Pove del Grappa. As an alternative to home delivery, the user may choose to pick up the books at the bookstore.

Upon shipment, the user will receive an email confirming delivery to the carrier. The user will also receive an email from the carrier containing the tracking number through which the user can check the status of the shipment ("Shipment Notification").

2.7.3 Various delivery methods are available to the user, and for each, the delivery times and related costs or calculation methods are indicated in the Product Sheet. An additional charge may apply for delivery to certain areas. This charge will also be specifically indicated in the order summary before the user submits the order.

Home delivery costs are the responsibility of the user, without prejudice to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI's right to offer free home delivery in specific cases, which will be communicated to the user via the Website. Collection from LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is free. The amount of delivery costs due for a specific order, which may vary depending on the delivery location, terms, and delivery method ("standard" or "express"), is expressly and separately indicated (in euros and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, in the order summary, and, in any case, before the user submits the order, as well as in the order confirmation email.

If it is necessary to refund delivery costs for Multiple Orders, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will refund the full cost of delivery only if the withdrawal or cancellation concerns all Products in the Multiple Order. If the withdrawal or cancellation concerns only some Products in the Multiple Order, the refund will be made proportionately based on the cost of each Product. In any case, the amount of delivery costs to be refunded may never exceed the amount actually paid by the user.

The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring physical possession or control of the Products to the user. Delivery is considered to be at street level and will be made, unless otherwise specified, Monday through Friday during normal office hours (8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), excluding national holidays.

The user acknowledges that collecting the Product is a specific obligation under the purchase contract.

If you have chosen the "Crono" shipping method, delivery will be made by Poste Italiane. If delivery fails due to the recipient's absence at the address specified in the order, the postman will leave a card in your mailbox for collection at your local post office. You are required to collect the Product within 5 calendar days from the second day following the date of the delivery notice ("Delivery Notice").

If you have chosen the "Crono Express" shipping method, or if delivery is outside of Italy, delivery will be made by a national or international express courier appointed by LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI. If delivery fails due to the recipient's absence at the address specified in the order, the courier will leave a Delivery Notice in your mailbox containing their contact number. The courier may make another delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be held in storage by the courier. The user is required to collect the Product within 5 calendar days from the second day following the date of the Delivery Notice.

In both cases, after the storage period, the Product will be returned to the LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI warehouse. In this case, the purchase contract will be automatically terminated, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, with LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI refunding the Total Amount Due according to the methods indicated above.

2.7.9 During the purchase process, before the user submits the order, the specific delivery terms within which LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI undertakes to deliver the Products subject to the user's specific order will be indicated. These terms take into account not only the delivery area but also the possibility that the user may purchase multiple Products in the same order. Delivery terms begin from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise indicated. If a delivery date is not specified, delivery will in any case take place within thirty days from the date the contract is concluded.

2.7.12 Anyone who has failed to collect a package more than twice for different orders may not make purchases on the Site. If such individuals place orders in violation of this provision, the purchase contract may be considered automatically terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Termination of the contract will be communicated to the user via email, and the Total Amount Due will be refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in clause 2.2.4 above.

2.7.13 It is the user's responsibility to verify the condition of the Product delivered to them. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, is transferred to the user when the user, or a third party designated by the user and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products, the user is advised to verify the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). In their best interest, the user is advised to indicate any anomalies on the carrier's transport document and accept the package with reservations. Unconditional receipt of the Products does not entitle the user to take legal action against the courier in the event of loss or damage to the Products, except in cases where the loss or damage is due to the courier's willful misconduct or gross negligence, and except for partial loss or damage not detectable at the time of delivery, provided that, in the latter case, the damage is reported as soon as it is discovered and no later than eight days after receipt. If the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user is also advised to promptly notify Customer Service. In any case, the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remain in effect.

In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered late with respect to the delivery times indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, the user, pursuant to art. 61 of the Consumer Code, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI requests delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances ("Additional Period" pursuant to Art. 61, paragraph III, of the Consumer Code). If this Additional Period expires without the Products being delivered, the user is entitled to terminate the contract, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages. The user is not required to grant LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI the Additional Period pursuant to Art. 61, paragraph III, of the Consumer Code ("Excluded Cases") if:

LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI has expressly refused to deliver the Products;

Meeting the delivery deadline indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation is essential, taking into account all the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract;

The user has informed LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, prior to the conclusion of the contract, that delivery by a specific date is essential.

In the Excluded Cases, if the user does not receive the Products within the delivery period indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, they are entitled to immediately terminate the contract, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages.

The indication of the Additional Period pursuant to Art. 61, III, of the Consumer Code and the notice of termination of the contract pursuant to Art. 61, paragraph III, of the Consumer Code, or of termination of the contract in the Excluded Cases, must be communicated by the user to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI at the addresses indicated in Art. 4.3 below.

In the event of termination of the contract pursuant to Art. 61, paragraph III, of the Consumer Code, or of termination of the contract in the Excluded Cases, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will refund the user the Total Amount Due without undue delay. The refund will be made in accordance with the procedures set forth in Art. 2.7.18 below.

2.8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.8.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Product purchase contract without providing any reason and without incurring costs other than those set forth in Articles 2.8.5, 2.8.6, and 2.8.7 below, within fourteen calendar days (the "Withdrawal Period").

The Withdrawal Period expires 14 days after the day on which the user or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user acquires physical possession of the Product(s).

2.8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI of their decision to withdraw before the Withdrawal Period expires.

To this end, the user may:

use the standard Withdrawal form before the conclusion of the contract or

submit any other explicit declaration of their decision to withdraw from the contract ("Withdrawal Declaration"), following the Standard Withdrawal Instructions, available in the footer of the site.

The user may also inform LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI of their decision to withdraw through the "My Orders" section, by clicking the "Return Products" button in the details of each order.

The user has exercised their right of withdrawal within the Withdrawal Period if the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the consumer before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period. If the user uses the Withdrawal Declaration, the consumer is invited to indicate in the Withdrawal Declaration the order number, the Product(s) for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, and their address. Since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period falls on the user, it is in the user's interest to use a durable medium when notifying LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI of their withdrawal. The Standard Withdrawal Form or the Withdrawal Declaration must be sent to the following address: ordini@palazzoroberti.it.

The user must return the Products to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, using a carrier of their choice and at their own expense, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which they notified LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI of their decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the user returns the Products before the fourteen-day period expires. The Product, properly produced and packaged, must be sent to the following address: Returns Service – LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI, via Jacopo da Ponte, 34, 36061 Bassano del Grappa VI. The direct costs of returning the Products to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI are the responsibility of the user. For goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by post, the Standard Return Instructions will indicate the cost of returning such Products via a specific carrier, along with the name of that carrier. The Standard Return Instructions, containing information on exercising the right of withdrawal, are made available to the user via the Website before the contract is concluded and included in the order confirmation. Returning the Product to LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI is the responsibility and expense of the user.

If the user withdraws from the contract, LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will refund the Total Amount Due paid by the user for the Product, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI was informed of the user's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the user will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the Products or until the user demonstrates having returned the Products, whichever is earlier. In the event of partial withdrawal from Multiple Orders, the quantification of the delivery costs to be refunded to the user as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal will be carried out as indicated in Article 2.7.5 above. In the event of withdrawal from a purchase paid for with a Voucher, the amount due as a refund will be credited to the Voucher itself.

The user is solely responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the Product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product. The Product must, in any case, be stored, handled, and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, in perfect working order, with all accessories and instruction manuals, with any labels still attached, and perfectly suitable for its intended use, free from signs of wear or dirt. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety. Therefore, it cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of the Product.

If the right of withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with the applicable law, it will not result in termination of the contract and, consequently, will not entitle the user to any refund. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will notify the user within 5 business days of receiving the Product, rejecting the request for withdrawal. The Product will remain at LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI and be available for collection at the user's expense and under their own responsibility.

In the event that the Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to

this decrease in value. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will notify the user of this circumstance and the resulting reduced refund amount within 5 business days of receiving the Product. LIBRERIA PALAZZO ROBERTI will provide the user, if the refund has already been paid, with the bank details for payment of the amount due by the user due to the decrease in value of the Product.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of custom-made or personalized Products, sealed Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, or those that have been opened after delivery. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the other cases referred to in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

If, due to one of the legal circumstances, the right of withdrawal does not apply, this exclusion will be specifically and expressly communicated in the Product Sheet and, in any case, during the purchase process, before the user submits the order.
