How does free pickup at the bookstore work?
By selecting the "free collection at the bookstore" option, the order will not be shipped but must be picked up in store.
The products collection can take place once you receive the email notifying you that the order is ready.
Can I use my Palazzo Roberti card?
Yes, of course, enter your card number and we will add the amount.
The card number must be entered in the ORDER NOTES section of your cart before checkout.
Can I purchase with the "Carta del Docente" card?
Of course, generate the voucher with the amount due and indicate the alphanumeric code of the voucher you created in the ORDER NOTES, present in the cart before checkout.
If you have forgotten to indicate the alphanumeric code in the notes, send an email with the photo of the voucher to ordini@palazzoroberti.it.
How can I make a return?
Write to ordini@palazzoroberti.it indicating that you are about to return the purchased item and indicating the order number.
You must ship the item within 14 days of receiving the order, to the address:

Once we have received the intact return, we will process the refund.
Can I request a book that isn't available?
Yes, if a book isn't immediately available in our shop, you can order it.
It will take about 5 business days for the book to be delivered to us, if the publisher is in stock. We'll process it as soon as we receive it.
Can I use a Palazzo Roberti gift card online?
Yes, please indicate the gift card number in the ORDER NOTES section of your cart before checkout.
We will refund your purchase. The voucher can be used for multiple purchases. If your order total exceeds the voucher value, we will send you a link to pay the difference.
Can I request gift wrapping?
Yes, of course. Please specify your request in the ORDER NOTES section of your cart before checkout, and we'll prepare the gift package.
