Refund policy

If you change your mind, you can request to return the purchased items without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the items. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires. You can do so using the withdrawal form provided, or by notifying us with any other explicit statement, or by using the "Return Products" function on the "Your Orders" page in your profile.

Please note: You must attach the sales receipt you received with your order: new tax regulations make it mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically using our online withdrawal form: Withdrawal form. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.

If you send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal by post or email, please indicate in the Withdrawal Declaration your order number and the Product(s) for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal. Since the burden of proof regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period falls on you, it is in your best interest to use a durable medium when communicating your intention to us. The Standard Withdrawal Form or the Withdrawal Declaration must be sent to the following address: ordini@palazzoroberti.it.

You will have to return the products to the Bookstore, using a carrier of your choice and at your expense, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated to the Bookstore your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

In the event of a return, the Bookstore will refund the full amount you paid for the product, including shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. The refund may be withheld until we receive the products or you provide proof of having sent them back. In the event of cancellation of a purchase paid for with a Gift Voucher, the refund amount will be credited to the Gift Voucher itself.

We cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized Products.
